Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MiraTe app and website, operated by Still Alive. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

MiraTe lets you track TV shows, movies and anime, share lists with friends, and discover new titles. The core service is free. Tracking and shared lists stay free.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
• Display names and profile artwork must not impersonate others or contain unlawful content. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

Your watch history belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party content

Catalog metadata and artwork are provided by TMDb, TVMaze and AniList; trailers are played via YouTube. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Streaming availability is informational and may be inaccurate or change without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempting to access other users' private data, no disrupting the infrastructure, no using the service for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Alive's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for a free service, is zero).

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Questions: support@mirate.app.
